MBP's FAVOURITE DESSERT - FILLED BISCUITS


Ingredients
Cream for the filling
1 litre milk
6 egg yolks
80 gr. starch
150 gr. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon skin
1 cinnamon stick

Preparation
-Boil the milk with the cinnamon and the lemon skin.
- In another bowl, put the egg yolks, starch and the sugar.
- Add the milk to the previous mixture.
- Put in a casserole and heat.

Marie Biscuits– 1 packet.
- 1 beaten egg
- Sugar
- Cinnamon

Preparation
- Take two biscuits and put with a spoon a little bit of custard between them.
- After that, brush them in the beaten egg and fry.
- When ready, take them out of the oil and dust the sugar and cinnamon mixture over them.
