Ingredients
4 eggs
375 gr. sugar
395 ml. milk
625 gr. “Candeol” flour
30 gr. yeast
250 gr. oil
1 tblsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated lemon
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Slowly, add the liquids.
- Add the sieved flour together with the dry yeast.
- Divide into the muffin moulds.
- Bake at 180 ºC for approx. 20-30 minutes.
