Ingredients
1200 ml. water (at room temperature)
20 gr. Dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 kg. flour (if the dough is soft, add a bit more)
Olive oil to fry
Preparation
- She does everything by intuition. By hand she mixes the ingredients until the dough is consistent and uniform.
- Measure the water and add the yeast to it.
- Then gradually add the flour, stirring continuously.
- Meanwhile prepare the frying pan with the olive oil to fry the doughnuts. Leave the dough to rest.
- When the oil is hot, take a small portion of the dough and make a hole into it with the finger. Fry.
- When golden, put them on a tray with sugar, roll them and serve.
